Job Description:
The EHS/Physical Security Manager will operate independently from the local management with a direct line of communication to the corporate Quality Director.  The EHS/Physical Security Manager is responsible for all aspects of the ISO compliance and the establishment of internal processes/controls and environmental programs; providing site safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with all safety standards set forth in all Army Fort Bragg Regulations and Policy Letters, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations. The EHS/Physical Security Manager must have the ability to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress. The EHS/Physical Security Manager must work within Fort Bragg as outlined in Fort Bragg Safety SOP, and maintain facility safety inventory including supplies ensure all the Contractor personnel performing work under this contract have the correct security level clearance at the time of the contract start and the security clearances are maintained throughout the life of the contract and security requirements are in accordance with the attached DD254 Document all safety violations and maintain the records for the life of the contract.
Requirements:
The EHS/Physical Security Manager Shall have at minimum 7 Years of progressive Army installation Safety experience, performing quality control in an industrial environment; 5 years of experience as a Security Manager;  three years of experience in administrative, professional, analytical or other work related to International Organization for Standard (ISO) 14001 program or operations and similar experience in managing Environmental programs is also required.    The EHS/Physical Security Manager must be able to communicate with employees at all levels, thorough knowledge of applicable OSH, ANSI and NFPA regulations.
